Hello, and welcome to the home of the MO-HI Shazbots, team 1245.

Who are we?
The MO-HI Shazbots are a robotics team from Louisville, Colorado that designs and builds a new robot each year designed for a specific task at the FIRST Robotics competition. There we compete with gracious professionalism in many different fields including the main robot competition (other competitions include business, web design, robot design, etc.)

Our Team
We have a group of about 15-20 students and some amazing adult mentors who come and educate the students of the team in many different fields. Thanks mentors! We meet every Tuesday at 3:15 in B124 (The Da Vinci Lab) at Monarch High School in Louisville during the pre-season. Once the build season starts, we are in the lab after school every day except Fridays and Sundays. We invite anyone to join our group, students do not need to have any knowledge about computers, mechanics, or pretty much anything to join robotics. We have workshops for students on how to use tools, program robots, fund raise and much much more (check the calendar for workshop dates and meeting times).

What is FIRST?
FIRST is a non-profit based organization all about inspiring young people to get involved in science and technology.  It establishes an understanding and knowledge of gracious professionalism through the experiences used in everyday life, but most of all HAVING FUN! FIRST also promotes the help of mentors and sponsors who teach the students about software, mechanics and engineering skills that can be used in modern world. Still confused?
